1) AGREEMENT INFORMATION

We will provide services and support for products sold only by our respective partners and authorised distributors listed in Section 3 in Singapore.

WARRANTY IS ONLY VALID FOR PURCHASE FROM OUR AUTHORIZED DEALERS PARTNERSHIPS (CLAUSE AFH - 1815)

We will only provide services and support for products sold by our respective partners in Singapore to businesses and customers who wish to be serviced directly to us.

Our first level of service and support of off-site troubleshooting includes:

- Email response to customers.
- Technical troubleshooting and solving at our service centre.

Our Second level of service and support of on-site troubleshooting includes:

- On-site visit troubleshooting may be subjected to additional charges.
- Repairs for warranty products only at our service centre.



2) WARRANTY INFORMATION

We warranty that should our products by our partners prove to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or material, we will arrange for repair, or at our option, replacements of the defective parts or materials on condition that:

- This Warranty is valid in Singapore only. (Warranty is only valid with original invoice.)

- This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and shall not be transferrable, negotiable, or assigned to any third party.

- The Original Invoice / Certificate and the purchased receipt must be presented to our service staff when requesting for warranty service / repair.

The warranty shall immediately cease and become void if the appliance is found to have been tampered, modified, serial number defaced, removed, or repaired by an unauthorised person.

Our decision on all questions relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or material shall be conclusive and the buyer shall agree to abide by such a decision. Any unit or defective parts which has been replaced shall become our property.

For industrial commercial usage, spare parts of our products will be under warranty for only one year.

No other warranty either verbal or written is allowed.

Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

The warranty is considered null and void if our product is not installed together with our recommended accessories (eg. fan bracket above centre panel / false ceiling).

Scratches, dents, cracks, noises, balancing of fan, control switch, power point, and power plug are not covered under warranty.

Fan balancing issues should be covered by installers This warranty is not responsible for any fan balancing issues.



3) LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY

We will only provide services and support for products sold by our respective partners in Singapore to businesses and customers who wish to be serviced directly to us. This warranty shall be subjected to the following limitations and exclusions.

- Malfunctions or damages resulting from acts of god, fire, civil unrest, and /or accidents.
- Defects from using wrong electrical supply/voltage/frequency and / or consequential damage by negligence and /or abuse.
- Scratches, corrosion, rust, color, deterioration and stains.
- Knobs, ballasts, light bulbs, light tubes, batteries and pull chain.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Faulty installation or mishandling.
- Installation above 10ft high.
- Obstruction caused to access electrical parts / product.
- Use any other than in accordance to instructions provided.
- External connection, parts or installation.
- Knobs, LED, plastic panel, shower head, soap dish and other accessories that comes with the heater.
- Leakages causing damages to false ceiling/furniture/equipment (eg. ceiling board / false ceiling)

Transportation fee minimum S$35.00, On site service charge S$15.00 per unit.

All prices stated subject to GST.
